RFI - eHealth - Electronic Health Record System

NZDF is seeking information from the market to help shape its decision making on how to best support a new model of health care delivery through technology. Note NZDF may conduct a further tender process for this project at its discretion but will not be shortlisting from this RFI.

In alignment with its overarching strategy, NZDF is embarking on implementation of a new model of health care delivery for both domestic and deployed personnel overseas which will lead to improved health outcomes for NZDF personnel.

Over the next few years, health service delivery will become more patient-centred and holistic, with multi-disciplinary teams across primary, mental and allied health, and with improved interfaces to external health providers.

Improvements to business processes and data quality will lead to more effective reporting, allowing business intelligence at the most senior levels of the organisation as to the state of the health of the Force overall and specifically for deployment readiness.
