This notice is to advise that this month the New Zealand Customs Service will be releasing to the market, via GETS, a Request for Proposal for the replacement of the current digital display wall at the Integrated Targeting and Operations Centre (ITOC) at the Auckland Customhouse.
The ITOC currently have a multi-screen display wall which supports the activities of the centre by dynamically displaying information from a number of sources simultaneously, as decided by ITOC control staff. The current wall was built a number of years ago with technology which is now end of life and critical components have failed.
The objective of the RFP is to engage the market to select a preferred supplier based on the proposed ease of use, approach to delivering the wall, display capability and the cost.
