Te Oneroa-a-Tōhē Board (the Board) has been established as a statutory body via Treaty Settlement redress for Te Aupouri, Ngati Kuri, NgaiTakoto and Te Rarawa (includes Ngati Kahu as an interim measure). A key task of the Board is to prepare a Beach Management Plan (BMP) for Te Oneroa-a-Tōhē (90-mile Beach).

The Board requests proposals to provide the following services:
 - draft the BMP and supporting documentation
 - provide technical advice and support for the Board for the development of the BMP
 - facilitate workshops with the Board for the development of the BMP
 - assist and participate in some of the consultation activities.

Funding available for this project is up to $70,000.
