This contract covers the demolition of a derelict building on the southern side of the Raumanga Stream adjacent to Woods Road, Whangarei situated on Lot 1 DP 22188.
The Contract Works include (but are not limited to) the supply of all labour, plant, materials and equipment for the demolition / completion of the works described in the drawings, specification and enclosed schedule, described in brief below:
(i) Customer Service and management, establishment and compliance with all health and safety requirements of this document;
(ii) Demolition of derelict building and removal of site debris nominated in the pricing drawings and enclosed schedule;
(iii) Other works as specified.
