This ROI relates to the purchase of a new ‘turn-key’ office building at Te One Road, Bream Bay, Northland. The key outcomes that we want to achieve is a quality, fit for purpose building that represents good value to NIWA and is built to specification, on time and within budget. The scope of this construction project includes everything involved to construct the building, from earthworks to floor coverings and includes landscaping, perimeter fencing and car parking spaces.
