RiskScape is a joint venture by GNS Science and National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research Ltd (NIWA) to develop a world leading open access software application for estimating natural hazard impacts. The joint venture is seeking to appoint and work alongside a lead software development supplier to implement the RiskScape version 2.0 application. This will require a redesign and refactoring of the current version 1.0 application. We need the supplier to be specialised in developing, designing and supporting enterprise grade applications using open source technologies.
