Background
Council periodically and regularly requires a range of graphic design services.
These graphic design services are various in type and may be required at short notice.
Purpose
The purpose of the Graphic Design Services - Panel of Suppliers is to provide Council with a qualified panel of suppliers, to whom contracts for graphic design services may be awarded.
Objectives
Council is advertising here for suppliers to join a qualified panel of suppliers, from which individual suppliers to be engaged for graphic design services may be selected.
In order to be able to commission such graphic design services – various in type and which may be required at short notice – Council requires information on the particular skills of each supplier who is interested in joining this panel.
Suppliers should respond specifically to the requirements listed in Appendix 2 Requirements, with sufficient detail and evidence in order that Council will be able to assess and record the particular skills of each provider and therefore to select a best fit when various graphic design services are to be commissioned.
