Purpose
1.1. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is the selection of a contractor with whom Nelson City Council (Council) may negotiate an agreement for the delivery of the Enviroschools programme in the Nelson region, including coordination and facilitation services.
1.2. Council invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the delivery of the Enviroschools programme in the Nelson region.
1.3. This document provides Scope (in part B) for proposals to provide coordination and facilitation services for the Enviroschools programme on behalf of Nelson City Council in early childhood, primary and secondary schools in the Nelson region.
