Massey University is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the work involved in refurbishing the former Monro Dining Hall in the Moginie Accommodation Village.
This project includes work on the exterior of the building, repainting and the replacement of doors and windows. Interior work involves re-planning the interior layout and new finishes to walls and ceilings and new floor coverings with some new joinery fittings together with new lighting. In addition there are new areas of decking together with upgrading of existing timber decking.
