Massey has developed a business requirements document that sets out the functional and non-functional requirements for replacement recruitment software, as identified through discussions with business users and stakeholders including Recruitment and Human Resources, Information Technology Services, other Universities and industry specialists.

The business requirements document is comprehensive and it is unknown what solutions in the market will meet the requirements and the cost of the solutions. Massey requires information from the market in order to inform the business case for the replacement software, budget and procurement approach.

Massey encourages suppliers to respond to this market discovery exercise and has summarised the business requirements document to allow for innovative solutions to be put forward.
