MSD requires a contractor/s to undertake internal fit-out construction services at approximately 123 Work and Income Service centres. Main Contractor(s) of suitable experience are sought to act as builder, and to co-ordinate the sub-trades and services noted below.
MSD require a proven service provider who has a track record in successfully delivering projects of a similar nature and who have the capability and capacity to deliver on a national or regional level.
The works will vary on a site by site basis and may include (but not be limited to) the following:
• modifying walls, rooms and doors;
• the design and installation (or movement of existing) heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fire systems;
• moving self-service stations;
• Partitions (including bracing);
• Layout changes;
• Any other associated works, identified on a site by site basis.
