The Ministry will shortly conduct a two-stage tender process to identify a supplier to deliver an integrated IT solution. The key systems we will be looking for include a Financial Management Information System, Customer Relationship Management System and Grants Management System. This advance notice provides a high-level overview of our requirements. We expect to release the ROI on the week of the 11th April 2022.
