MPI will be looking for a technology partner with Salesforce capability to lead the design, build and integration of a replacement Climate Change Information System (CCIS). The CCIS is the system MPI uses for recording details of forests that are in scope of the Emissions Trading Scheme and reporting the information relating to forestry into the wider ETS processes.
This procurement is following on from the earlier RFI that was issued in 2019.
The procurement is currently in the approval process and it is intended to release an RFP in mid-November 2020 and to close in mid-December 2020.
