The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) is about growing and protecting New Zealand. MPI respects and values its people and their work, and is committed to continuously improving its systems and processes. MPI is looking for a supplier to provide a fully outsourced Payroll and core Human Resources (HR) Data solution to manage the payroll requirements for between 2500-3100 employees.
The solution will need to support MPI to be compliant with all relevant legislation and ensure accurate and on time payment for its employees.
Initially MPI is seeking a payroll bureau service to manage its Payroll and Core HR functions, and the solution should also have the capability to add in further HR functionality should MPI wish to adopt and grow the solution in future.
MPI intends to upload our Proposed Contract (Appendix 5 of the RFP) onto GETS shortly. All Suppliers who have registered their interest in this RFP via GETS will receive an automatic notification once the Proposed Contract has been loaded.
