The Ministry of Health’s Disability Support Services (DSS) wishes to engage an organisation to provide Stakeholder Meeting Management Services. The organisation will provide meeting management services to enable the Ministry to have direct access to the voices of external users of Disability Support Services.

This was a two stage tender process. 1st stage Registration of Interest (ROI) released on GETS 27-7-14 – (6) respondents provided a response to the ROI. At the completion of the evaluation (3) respondents: NZFDIC, Inclusion Aotearoa and Allen + Clarke were invited to submit a proposal for a ‘closed Request for Proposal (RFP). Note each shortlisted respondent received copy of the RFP documents via email.
