This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified providers based in the Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB) region to submit a Proposal for the provision of rongoā services in that region.

The Successful Respondent will be offered a contract for services based on the Ministry’s standard terms and conditions. The proposed contract term is from 1 September 2019 through to 31 March 2021.
