This RFI is for information on an end to end workflow management solution which to support the Office of the Director General Government Services team with its workflow. This includes:
1. Seamlessly managing the flow of work from Ministers Offices, through the Team, out to the Ministry and externally, and back to the Ministers Offices
2. Manages due dates for work items and associated escalations
3. Holds the supporting documentation for the managed activity within the solution
4. Saves time when compared to existing systems and processes

The Ministry would like to thank all Respondents to the recent RFI for a Workflow Management Solution, and particularly appreciates the high level of detail made available. The responses have been very helpful in expanding the Ministry’s understanding of the options available in the market, and have created a solid foundation for the Ministry to progress its discussions regarding options for future state. Any future opportunities for a Workflow Management Solution, would be advertised on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS).
