"The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) is seeking to appoint an architect and health planning consultant for the Dunedin Hospital Rebuild Project (the Project). This Expression of Interest (EOI) is for individual firms or consortiums to indicate their interest in providing design services (including construction phase and defects liability period) to this Project.
For clarity, this EOI is intended to:
• Engage with the market and give suppliers appropriate warning of the upcoming opportunity
• Gather market information which may help inform the Ministry for subsequent procurement stages.
This EOI is not for:
• Evaluation
• Shortlisting
• Eliminating potential suppliers from future procurement stages.
Subsequent evaluated procurement stages (ROI and RFP) will follow in early 2018."
