This Notice of Information (NOI) relates to the purchase of the National Coordination Centre (NCC) for the National Bowel Screening Programme (NBSP). The plan is to select a NCC provider by April 2017 so that a thorough implementation period can be conducted prior to the commencement of the national roll out of the NBSP in January 2018. The National Coordination Centre will be critical to ensuring the success of the programme.
The Ministry is seeking to identify and engage suppliers with demonstrated knowledge and experience to coordinate the NBSP on a national basis, with experience in access to data sets, application of screening principles and processes enabled by technology, strong customer focus and a commitment to quality and security of information.
