The Ministry of Health (Ministry) is proposing to release a tender on GETS in the New Year.

This process provides an opportunity for suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal to evaluate the implementation of the varicella vaccine following its addition to the National Immunisation Schedule from 1 July 2017.

As per World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations, the Ministry is seeking a New Vaccine Post-Introduction Evaluation (PIE) of varicella vaccine to measure impact on the National Immunisation Programme and immunisation services.
