This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to submit a Proposal for the provision of an Evaluation Service (the Evaluation) for the new Pregnancy and Parenting Support (PPS) Service. This RFP is an invitation to suitably experienced suppliers to submit a Proposal to undertake a formative, process and outcome evaluation of the newly established PPS Programme which aims to reduce harm from substance abuse for mothers and their families from pregnancy through until the children are three years old.
