The Ministry is seeking supplier(s) to deliver national suicide prevention training that will enable community members to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to identify and support those at risk of suicide.

We are seeking suppliers who can design a new evidence-informed national suicide prevention training programme or adapt an existing evidence-informed suicide prevention training programme and deliver the training to individuals throughout New Zealand.
We are open to suppliers proposing to deliver the training programme utilising a range of training modalities and delivery approaches.

The aim of the training programme is to create a supportive environment or safety net for individuals at risk of suicide by increasing the number of people aged 18 years and over in communities who are able to identify and support these individuals and refer them to agencies/services that can help.
