The Ministry of Health is seeking propoals for the development of a national population-based Mental Health and Addiction Outcomes Framework.

The Outcomes Framework will help the Mental Health and Addiction sector set strategic direction, prioritise and guide investment decisions, align activity and measure the impact of these actions on identified population groups.

The Outcomes Framework will also be critical to the development of the next Mental Health Strategy and implementation of a new commissioning framework including Results Based Accountability.
