Overview
The Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) has been using its current Service Management (SM) platform for over four years. The system in its current state is primarily an ITSM (IT Service Management) solution, proves difficult to maintain and, requires multiple work around to allow customisation to continue functioning after upgrades. Going forward MIT wish to implement a proven Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution that can seamlessly integrate with our middleware and associated applications.
