The New Zealand Government has partnered with the Government of Vanuatu, to recruit a senior level Organisational Design Specialist to work with the Employment Services Unit, Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The key objective of this role is to develop a clear sense of the strengths, areas for growth, organisational requirements and roles and responsibilities of the Vanuatu Employment Services Unit, to provide a clear direction where New Zealand Government could provide support to in the future and ensure that any proposed organisational structure and change management framework is contextually appropriate and has Employment Services Unit, Ministry of Internal Affairs and wider Government endorsement.
This role will appeal if you are interested in being part of a programme that directly contributes to the enhancement of local communities in Vanuatu. This role is for a 6 month term and is located in Port Vila, Vanuatu. For a full description of the role requirements please see the attached Advert.
