2 year contract (up to 220 working days per year).
Based in Wellington with occasional travel to the Pacific.
Great opportunity to play an important role within the New Zealand Government development programme in the Pacific and globally.

The objective of this role is to assist with the effective delivery of New Zealand’s official development assistance through the management of infrastructure and asset management projects (Activities). For a full role description please see the attached Advert.

This opportunity will appeal if you have:

• An Engineering qualification and minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering, architecture, and infrastructure project management or related field.
• A Project management qualification.
• Experience in project and contract management (including finance and administration).
• Sound planning and organising skills, and ability to prioritise workload and coordinate a range of tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to build, maintain relationships with internal and external peers / contacts, including partners in a cross-cultural environment.
• Strong sense of customer service and passion for delivering high quality outputs.
• Availability to travel periodically including to developing countries.
