ROI must be provided in hard copy by hand or post.
Registrations of Interests are sought from Main Contractors to complete the capital works to the existing buildings as prioritised by the 10 Year Plan. The work includes internal alterations, partial demolition, reroofing and modernisation to existing buildings.
Registrations of interest require the following information.
1. Management structure (weighting is 15%)
2. Site Construction Manager (weighting is 15%)
3. Ability to operate under NZIA Standard Conditions of Contract (weighting is 5%)
4. Suitable insurance (weighting is 5%)
5. Resources (weighting is 5%)
6. Financial status (weighting is 10%)
7. Tender (weighting is 5%)
8. Experience (weighting is 15%)
9. Procedures (weighting is 10%)
10. Referees (weighting is 15%)
Registrations must be in provided in the format above, and incomplete registrations or company brochures etc will not be considered, and further information will not be requested.
This is a two stage tender process - a shortlist of up to six contractors will be selected from the respondents to this ROI, who will then be provided with the tender documents and invited to provide a tender, who will be expected to provide a tender that is compliant with the conditions of tender.
On behalf of our client The Board of Trustees, we reserve the right to shortlist a maximum of six contractors for tendering, and accept or reject any contractors after a review of the registration of interest, past performances and third party feedback.
