GREEN BAY HIGH SCHOOL - GYMNASIUM UPGRADE OF FACILITIES

MAIN CONTRACTORS ONLY - are requested to register their interest in being selected to submit tenders for this project. Documentation is progressing to a tender period in August 2014 with work on site to begin November 2014. Building Consent will be obtained in time for the November commencement. Works involve construction of new change room and staff areas as two separate buildings and fitness extension to existing, generally concrete floors with block and timber framed walls, painted block and weatherboard exteriors, aluminium joinery, metal roofing and bonded panel roofing, internal fitout to suit needs, services to all, Construction value approx. $1.3m

Contractors should advise: experience generally and specifically for this project, resources and personnel available, financial stability, references,
