GENERAL INFOMATION

School Support Ltd on behalf of Cromwell College Board of Trustees / Ministry of Education seeks registrations of interest from experienced Main Building Contractors only who can carry out and manage this project.
The work generally consists of: The construction of a new 2 classroom block including a break-out space, as well as a separate toilet block next to the Library.

It is anticipated that the tender documents will be sent out in late August/September 2014, with a view of beginning the project in October/November 2014, with project completion being the start of Term 1, 2015.

The following information must be provided with your Registration of Interest:

1. Organisation
a. Provide a brief history of your organisations core business.
b. Describe your organisations capability that demonstrates your capacity to deliver the required services.
c. Describe your organisation's experience that demonstrates your capacity to deliver the required services.
d. Confirm for organisation carries current and adequate insurance cover or that you can acquire it.
e. Submit your organisations Heath & Safety policy.
f. Provide details of any health & safety incidents or weather tightness claims suffered in the last three years.
g. Provide Profiles / CVs of key personnel you would assign to this project.
