Hutt Intermediate School has a 5YA project that targets life cycle replacement of synthetic carpet floor finishes in a number of the school classrooms.
The project will be staged in a phased programme of work planned in conjunction with the school’s release of space, it is expected that no more than two classrooms will be released at any one time.
The school intends to carry out light fitting replacement and some interior painting so the flooring contractor will need to allow for associated additional visits with carpet removal and installation of new carpet tiles likely to be separated by around a week to ten days.
The scheme will be traditionally executed with a full design team employed by the Hutt Intermediate School Board of Trustees producing full construction documentation.
