DQLS upgrade to 2 classrooms including installation of a new glazed sliding door to create a flexible learning space, life-cycle replacement of lighting with LED batten lights and removal of existing pinboard, preparation and replacement with new composition wall coverings.
The approximate scope is
‐ Demolition and making good
‐ Carpentry and hardware, door installation, trims
‐ Replace old fluorescent fittings with new LED lighting
‐ Replace pinboard with new composition to the walls
‐ Create opening from classroom to corridor to allow a breakout space
‐ New aluminium slider door between existing classrooms
‐ New cabinetry if required
