Pakuranga College seeks a Main Contractor to refurbish the upper floor of Rae Block (MoE Block B) and both the ground floor and upper floor of Rive Block (MoE Block E). The refurbishment will create visual connectivity between classrooms and meet the Ministry’s DQLS requirements. The school is looking for a small crew who can stage the works on a classroom by classroom basis over a period of 6-7 months in accordance with the school's operational requirements. Minimization of disruption to the school will be critical to the success of this project.
