Improvements to staff toilets located in Block B will see the refurbishment of the facilities and enlargement of the space.

The project will extend to the creation of a covered outdoor learning area which will be constructed on the frontage of the Block C teaching building.

The scheme will be traditionally executed with a full design team employed by the Waikanae Primary School Board of Trustees producing full construction documentation.
