Overview

This open Request for Tenders is an invitation for suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for Main Contractor for the Design and Build of a Universal School Bathroom at Whangarei Boys High School in Tai Tokerau. The Ministry will reserve the right to directly negotiate further Contract Works (additional to those described in this tender) with the successful Contractor up to 24 months following practical completion of this tender. In the event the Contractor does not have the capacity to carry out the works in a reasonable timeframe, the Ministry will directly negotiate with the next ranked tenderer based on the outcome of this procurement.
