Overview

The Board of Trustees of Dawson School (the Buyer) is seeking a main building contractor for their Block 3 ILE & DQLS Classrooms Upgrades as defined in this RFT at Dawson School (the School), Otara, Auckland. The refurbishment build work is to be carried out during the period between early November to March 2022.

The project is being run by the BoT via a Project Manager operating under the Ministry of Education policies.

The Procurement will be a single stage open tender on GETS. Build Works is expected to start in early November 2021 during normal school activities.

Tenderers wishing to attend a site visit must register with the Point of Contact by the date detailed in the Indicative Time-line (paragraph 1.2) through the GETS question/answer function.
