Waihi College want to reconfigure and upgrade the main toilet block to become single entry unisex toilets. The reconfigured block will need to allow for better visual supervision around the exterior of the block through the use of partial vision panels. As the toilet block will be too large to become solely toilets, the school wish to incorporate a breakout space in one end of the block and a caretaker cupboard to better utilise the available footprint of the building.
