The outcome sought is to enter a construction contract with a suitability experienced building contractor to undertake the works being procured.
The works are approved Welcome Bay School 10ypp projects. AMS combined classroom enhancement project and the toilet upgrade project.
Preference is for works to be undertaken during term break time where possible. All works to be completed before the end of term one 2022.

Works to Classroom and Toilet blocks; replace existing cladding, aluminum joinery, install insulation, acoustic absorbent tiles, construct deck extending classroom roof over to classroom. Replace basins, toilets windows HW cylinder, sings vinyl flooring and wall linings to toilets.
