Overview
South New Brighton School is a full primary (Y1-8) situated approximately 15 minutes outside the CBD of Christchurch City. The school had a fire on 6 March 2020, during which two teaching spaces and a library were destroyed. This procurement is for the Quantity Surveyor services for the construction of :
1) Five new classrooms,
2) A library,
3) A hall.
