The Takitimu BoT is looking for an experienced main Contractor to complete the remodeling of two existing teaching spaces within Block A to provide for a new multipurpose technology area to create a food & fabric tech space on one side, and a hard materials and art space on the other side of a shared central (breakout) space. A fire and accessibility gap analysis has been completed by specialists to alter existing non- compliant issues in order to meet current building code & MOE requirements.
