Mayfield School require Block 5 (existing library) to be converted into 2 teaching spaces.
Convert office into a break-out space and refurbish the toilets with new fixtures and fittings.
Upgrade heating and existing light fixtures with LED fixtures. In Block 9 convert cloak-bay
into breakout space by removing partitions, replacing vinyl with carpet and acoustic covering
on the walls.
