The Queenstown Lakes District is one of the fastest growing areas in New Zealand. Primary school age projections indicate ongoing growth. A year 1-8 primary school is to be built in the Hanley’s Farm area to accommodate a build roll of 600 and a masterplan roll of 950.

The Ministry is looking to appoint a design and build contractor to complete the design and construction services to allow for opening in Term One 2022.
