Snells Beach School has a growing roll and needs to convert an area of the Library into a teaching space and create a covered outdoor learning space from the newly created classroom.

a. The Contract Works required are:

i. Convert an area of the library into a teaching space by:
ii. Demolishing the central reading nook
iii. Installing a floor to ceiling T&R partition system to divide the space
iv. Replace floor coverings in Library
v. Install additional LED panels in teaching space
vi. Create an outdoor learning area by erecting a canopy from the library back entrance
