Main Contractors are invited to register their interest for inclusion on a selected tender list.
The project includes internal room modifications, decommissioning two toilet areas and convert into a shared breakout and bag bay area. New external access to admin area and replacement of floor covering in Admin area.
The project is run by the school Board of Trustees through project architects and is subject to the policies and procedures set out in the Ministry of Education Property toolbox found at the following link: http://www.minedu.govt.nz/NZEducation/EducationPolicies/Schools/PropertyToolBox/StateSchools.aspx

ROI will be evaluated on the following criteria:
1. Overview of your organisation's history and accreditation
2. Track records in the local education sector projects.
3. Nominate specific personnel (key personnel) and nominated subcontractors
4. Health & Safety accreditation and policy/system that aligns with AS/NZ 4801:2001
5. Resources and availability (current workload, etc)
6. List of Referees, police vetting and insurance
