Blocks 1, 2 and 3 permanent classrooms, to make good all substrate wall linings, allow to check all window openings and operation, strip out existing pinboard, make good substrate lining to take replacement pinboard fabric covered, painting of all existing painted surfaces, replacement of all existing floor coverings, possible new layout for carpeted area. Block 1 LPHW radiators to be replaced. Exterior door hardware to be replaced with Legge classroom locks, with snib on inside for easy interior locking for lockdown emergencies. There will be a PC allowance for carpentry repairs.
