Overview
Scope:
- Blocks ABD&E – AMS-ILE – replace floor coverings with carpet tiles and vinyl area to be replaced with high quality commercial grade homogeneous vinyl.and eight fittings with new LED.
- Upgrading of various switch boards in Blocks E, F, C & G, and Boiler control.
- Blocks E&G - Replace failing fluoro light fittings with LED
- Blocks BDE&F – replace 12x down-pipes and reseal all guttering to site.
Staging:
A staged approach must be utilised here with 2 to 3 classrooms available at any one time.
Start: ASAP but to be agreed between the contractor and the client.
End: 10 weeks from start of project.
Contract: MOE Medium Works Contract
DLP: 6 months
