Overview

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified contractors to submit an ROI response indicating their capacity, capability and building solution for the new building. A shortlist of contractors will be asked to submit an (RFT) - a fixed price design/build for the new Whare Wānanga at Te Kura Māori o Ngā Tapuwae.
The new Whare Wānanga is to replace the existing building. The building will consist of a slab on ground with timber framed walls and portal roof structure. colour coated steel roof and a combination of wall claddings, Profiled colour coated steel and painted flat sheet with a negative joint.
Demolition/removal of the existing building is being undertaken by others. Existing trees and landscaping are to be retained.Refer indicative plans P-
