The existing metal roof coverings on three teaching buildings at Ngati Toa School has been subject to a recent condition assessment review. It has been found to have accelerated corrosion in a number of areas and complete replacement or isolated repair has been recommended. All existing spouting is relatively new and in good condition.
The scheme will be traditionally executed with a full design team employed by the Ngati Toa School Board of Trustees producing full construction documentation.
