The purpose of this RFT is to engage a design & build contractor to deliver the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Block C building in a single stage development. The general scope of works includes:
constructing a new roof structure where shown on the drawings,
new roof claddings,
replacing selected external joinery,
renovating bathroom facilities,
installing floor, ceiling and wall linings,
electrical and mechanical services,
providing internal joinery,
constructing decks, steps and ramps as shown,
subfloor drainage remediation, and
interior and exterior finishes and painting.
