Overview

Main Building Contractors Registration of Interest are sort for the tender of Block 1 Interior & Roof Replacement Project : Ramarama School, Sth Auckland.
Scope of Works :
Blocks 1, Classrooms 1,2 : Re-Tender

• Classroom 1,2 Interior and Roofing Spaces :

• These spaces are to have interior finishes to be replaced : Original materials are at the end
• of their lifespan and old, worn and not performing / operation efficiently.
• Interior replacements will consist of Carpet/Vinyl Flooring, some Wall Vertiface Composition Display board, Services ( Lighting, Power ). Wall Insulation where possible. The interior spaces are congested and will be re-configured to allow a better
and more efficient use of space for ILE usability and Withdrawal functionality.
Recent circumstances have exposed major sub-floor ground dis-stabilisation resulting in further interior re-construction works.
• New 0.55 Coloursteel Roofing to Block 1.
• Re-Tender as there is an increase change of project scope. Introduction of addition building elements : Asbestos removal, Tiled Ceilings and Exterior Aluminium Joinery replacements.
All documetation will be Architectually propared by an registered Architect to MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.
