• Gulf Harbour School Board of Trustees have identified a programme of works they would like undertaken and completed as part of their 5YA plan with the Ministry of Education.
• The works planned for this procurement are as follows:
• the refurbishment of the toilet blocks in Block 8 to make them more useful and replace end of life cycle items
• Site works in the courtyard area between blocks 9,5 and 7 to repair damage to service cesspits and re-surface and landscaping the area
• The project work will take place over the next 12 months as seperable portions with a programme of works to be negotiated but at all times the works must fit into the operational requirements of the school
